George Hudson D.O

Dr. George Hudson a proud "Jayhawk" obtained both his Bachelor & Master degree at the University of Kansas, Lawrence. Shortly after graduation he was commissioned in the Navy Medical Service Corps on active duty as a Medical Plan & Logic Officer for six years. Subseguently Dr. Hudson decided to attend medical school and received a four year "Navy Health Professions Scholarship to attend Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduated from medical school in 1989, he was assigned to Naval Hospital Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California for internship training in family medicine. His love of aviation, applied for Navy Flight Surgeon training at Naval Air Station in Pensecola. Upon completion of training Dr. Hudson was assigned to Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 242 at Marine Corp Airstation El Toro, California where he participated in numerous deployments throughout the world. 
 

Having completed his active duty service obligation Dr Hudson resumed his post graduated training in family practice at Advent Health East Orlando. From 1994-1996.

Dr Hudson remained in the Navy Reserve where he was recalled to active duty on numerous occasions. He retired as a Captain in the Navy Medical Corp in 2010 after 31 years of military service.

Dr Hudson has 2 daughters living in San Antonio, Texas, employed in the health field. He is a proud grandfather of Gabriela & Alexander. His hobbies include travel and world history.

Gretchen Daniels FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner

Gretchen Daniels is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained a Bachelor of Science (1998) in Exercise Physiology and began working in-patient cardiac rehabilitation at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. It was during this time that she realized that it was the medical aspect of this job that held a greater interest for her. 

Gretchen eventually went back to school and obtained her Associate of Nursing Science at Santa Fe Community College in 2005, as well as her Bachelor of Nursing Science and Master of Nursing Science at the University of Florida in 2007 and 2008, respectfully. She gained experience as a registered nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Shand's Hospital in Gainesville, FL, before becoming a nurse practitioner. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for a short time for a breast specialist and the remainder of her time in family medicine. She has been with Hudson Medical Wellness since July 2011.

Gretchen is married to her husband Jeff an Orlando native. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, binge watching Netflix/Prime Video, being a "fun aunt" to her two nephews, and playing with her dog Findlay. She is passionate about making sure patients feel heard and empowering patients to take control of their health.
